Steve Strait is a producer and cinematographer who has dedicated his career to telling stories through a unique lens. He is currently based in the Nation’s oldest city, Saint Augustine, FL.

Steve’s currently working as a multimedia producer for the University of Florida College of Medicine in Jacksonville, FL where he produces stories that highlight the health system’s research and educational opportunities.

Prior to moving to Saint Augustine, he worked for The Wall Street Journal as a video journalist where he helped define the visual style that brought the 125-year-old paper into the digital age. From breaking news to in-depth reporting, he produced, filmed, and directed pieces that have been viewed by millions around the world.

Prior to The Wall Street Journal, Steve helped launch the WWE Network, worked on ESPN 30 for 30 documentaries, and on shows like MTV True Life and Alaskan Bush People

Steve earned his B.A. at Flagler College in Saint Augustine in 2012.
